These resources cater to healthcare professionals, offering personalized information and services such as medical news, reference content, clinical tools, applications, sponsored programs, advertising, email communications, continuing medical education, market research opportunities, and discussion forums (collectively referred to as the "Services"). Please note that these Terms do not extend to properties and services displaying different terms of use through a link. By accessing and utilizing the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms, regardless of your registration status with CDSS calc. These Terms establish a legally binding agreement that we can enforce against you in the event of a breach. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, refrain from using the Service.

We retain the right to modify, add, or remove these Terms and Conditions at our discretion, and your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any such changes. Any new features or functionality introduced to augment or enhance our services will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We recommend periodically reviewing these Terms and Conditions for any updates.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or resources. CDSS calc does not control the availability of external sites or resources linked to the Site, nor does it endorse or accept responsibility for any content, advertising, products, or other materials available from such sites or resources. Transactions occurring between you and any third-party are solely your responsibility, and CDSS calc bears no liability in such matters. As we cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of external resources or their content, we advise reviewing the Terms and Conditions and privacy policies of linked sites, as their terms may differ from ours.

Unauthorized changes or modifications to CDSScalc domain names, brand names, or logos are prohibited. These domain names, brand names, and logos must only be used for linking to the CDSS calc Site and must not be associated with any material or site that could damage the reputation or goodwill of CDSS calc and its products. CDSS calc retains all rights to its trade names, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property concerning its domain names, brand names, and logos. We reserve the right to revoke permission for their use at any time and for any reason. Upon notification of such revocation, the use of domain names, brand names, or logos must cease, and links to our websites must be terminated. Unauthorized use of CDSS calc trademarks, trade names, logos, copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT AND PRODUCTS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THEM, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CDSS calc DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND THEIR CONTENT AND PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Use of the Services

The information and tools provided through the Services are offered solely for educational and informational purposes. Although we hope you find the Services beneficial as a healthcare professional, they are not intended to function as a diagnostic service or platform, provide definitive diagnoses, endorse specific products or therapies, or replace the clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. You agree not to utilize the Services to establish any physician/patient relationship, such as for diagnosing or treating users. It is your sole responsibility to assess the information obtained from the Services and to determine its appropriate use or misuse in making treatment decisions or otherwise. You also agree to adhere to all applicable laws and professional practice standards relevant to you and your healthcare profession.

Despite the foregoing, you may be subject to specific obligations and responsibilities dictated by the jurisdiction in which you practice medicine or another healthcare profession. We do not warrant or represent the legal compliance of the Services or the CDSS calc Content, and you are solely accountable for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding your use of the Services and the CDSS calc Content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict the availability and accessibility of CDSS calc, the Services, and the CDSS calc Content to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction as we see fit.

If you are a consumer accessing the professional-level information provided by the Services, you should not rely on it as professional medical advice or substitute the Services for any relationship with your physician or another qualified healthcare professional. For medical matters, including decisions about medications and treatments, consumers should always consult their physician or, in urgent cases, seek immediate assistance from emergency medical personnel.

Subject to your adherence to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services and view the information and materials provided through them, including User Content (defined below) ("CDSS calc Content"), solely for your personal and professional purposes. You agree not to use, copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Services, CDSS calc Content, or CDSS calc properties, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us and our respective licensors, as applicable.

By submitting User Content, you agree to abide by these submission guidelines ("Guidelines"), our full Terms and Conditions, and any additional terms.

You agree that any material you submit to our Services, whether by upload or otherwise, including data, questions, comments, ideas, suggestions, or similar content ("Site Content"), is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. We may use and publish your Site Content in any format and in all media, now known or in the future. You agree that we may use any part of your Site Content, including your ideas, concepts, or techniques, for any purpose, without compensation to you.
